Egyptoid

"Egyptoid" is a perfect blend of classic Arcanoid with the magic of Egypt.

Traveling through 72 never-the-same levels, your objective will be to destroy various patterns of blocks by bouncing the ball. In doing this, you must keep an eye out for bonuses that can speed up or down the paddle, give an extra life, extend the paddle or make it magnetic.

Egyptoid needs a lot more color

Way too much "brown" in Egyptoid/Egyptoid 2. Egyptoid needs a lot more color to even put it into competition with some of my least favorite Arcanoid style games. When I compare Egyptoid with "Egyptoball", by the same developers, I find very little...

Add support for higher resolution screens...cool game tho - thanks for sharing it with us!

When I play in full screen I have a choice (based on my video card's settings) of either black bars on each side of the screen or a stretched (distorted aspect) display. My screen has a native resolution of 1920 x 1200; games which fully support...

Would be even better if this had a level editor and the ability to mix and match the power ups. i.e. be able to specify which power ups appear and how frequently.
